BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

Section 1 – That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the First Amendment, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with CHS TX, Inc., d/b/a YesCare for the Inmate Medical and Mental Health Services at the Division of Community Corrections to amend the staffing plan, reduce the number of Forensic Psychiatry hours, and amend the Staff Vacancy Rates, for a reduction in the Annual Contract Value of $65,000.00 and resulting in a total cost of the Agreement for FY26 of $10,278,132.00.

Section 2 – That an amount, not to exceed $10,78,132.00, is hereby authorized for payment to CHS TX, Inc., d/b/a YesCare from account #1101-505402-71203, pursuant to the terms of the First Amendment.

Section 3 – That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
