      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute deeds and any other necessary documents for the sale and transfer, and declaring as surplus property of 2057 Buck Lane, 305 Dantzler Court, 309 Dantzler Court, 313 Dantzler Court, 549 Grantchester Street, 4024 Lilydale Court, 905 North Limestone Street, 907 North Limestone Street, 909 North Limestone Street, 1001 North Limestone Street, 431 Marquis Avenue, 134 Northwood Drive, 138 Northwood Drive, 142 Northwood Drive, and 504 Parkside Drive.

      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
