BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Mac Construction and Excavating, in the amount of $846,000.00, for the North Elkhorn Force Main Relocation, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to enter into the attached Agreement with Mac Construction and Excavating, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $846,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mac Construction and Excavating from account #4003-303408-92811, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
