BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Neustar, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to provide access to the Number Portability Administration Center in support of Enhanced 911 Services, for an additional period of up to three (3) years, subject to exercise of any necessary renewal options and sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,200.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Neustar, Inc., in FY 2014, from account #4204-505602-77802, pursuant to the terms of the Amendment to Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
