BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Emergent be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of nasal Narcan for the SAMSHA FY2022 First-Responders Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Support Services Act Grant for Year 3 Continuation of the Expanded First Responders and Community Partners Overdose Prevention Project, for the Department of Social Services, and authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Emergent related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $92,250.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Emergent, from account #3190-606105-75101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and contingent upon approval of a pending budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
