BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Kentucky Service Co., Inc. and Morgan Electric Motor Sales & Service, Inc., establishing price contracts for repair/replacement of electrical motors, pumps, and submersible pumps, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any agreements related to the bids.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
