BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Professional Services Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lyndsay Palombit and Angela Begley, as Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners, to provide on-call forensic examinations and services under the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program for fiscal year 2020, at a cost not to exceed $9,672.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $9,672.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lyndsay Palombit and Angela Begley, from account #3140-505506-71299 ($9,172) and #3140-505506-71217 ($500), pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
