BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Amendment to Agreement with Acela, Inc. and a Supplement to General Terms and Conditions with Springbrook Software, Inc., which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for service and storage changes to the OLF Business Tax Revenue Collections, Recording and Reporting System, at a cost savings of $41,284.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
