BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Certificates of Consideration and other necessary documents, for acceptance of fee simple rights of way and construction easements for the Tates Creek Road Sidewalk Improvement Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $130,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, all from account # 3160-303202-91714, at the time of closing.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
