BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 25-2023), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for Engineering Services for the Furlong Drive Greenway BMP Project, for the Division of Engineering, to be paid with funds awarded under the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA), and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other necessary agreements or amendments with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., related to the use of those funds.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $71,737.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., from account # 3230-303204-3334-92211, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
