Summary
Authorization to enter into a License and Services Agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. This Agreement provides maintenance and support services on an annual basis. The total one time cost is $1,527,150 in initial year. There will be additional cost upon Agreement renewal. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the License and Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Tyler Technologies, Inc., for maintenance and support services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,527,150.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tyler Technologies, Inc., from account #1101-505601-96202 ($65,328.00), account #1131-505501-96209 ($500,000.00) account #3400-505601-71299 ($108,213.00) account #3400-505601-96202 ($258,563.00) account #3400-505601-96208 ($33,224.00) account #4204-505601-71299 ($250,000.00) account #4204-505601-96202 ($186,822.00) and account #4204-505601-96208 ($125,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
