BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Contract Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Machinex Technologies, Inc. for the Modified Line Layout for the Materials Recovery Facility (RFP #18-2013).
Section 2 – That an amount not to exceed $1,111,642.86 be and hereby is approved for payment to Machinex Technologies, Inc. from account #1115-303505-96468 ($955,000), account #1115-303505-96468 ($16,642.86), and account #3400-303505-96468 ($140,000) pursuant to the terms of the Contract Agreement.
Section 3 – That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
