BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with the 16th District PTA c/o Brenda Cowan Elementary, Greenhouse 17, Greenbriar Residents, Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc., Kidney Health Alliance of Kentucky, Inc., Salvation Army, Black Church Coalition of the Bluegrass, Inc., United Elite Allstar Cheerleading Booster Club, Inc., Smithtown Community Neighborhood Organization, Inc., and A Caring Place, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to the 16th District PTA c/o Brenda Cowan Elementary ($1,000.00), Greenhouse 17 ($2,700.00), Greenbriar Residents ($1,200.00), Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($150.00), Kidney Health Alliance of Kentucky, Inc. ($400.00), Salvation Army ($2,700.00), Black Church Coalition of the Bluegrass, Inc. ($500.00), United Elite Allstar Cheerleading Booster Club, Inc. ($200.00), Smithtown Community Neighborhood Organization, Inc. ($100.00), and A Caring Place, Inc. ($1,000.00), from account #1101-121002-71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
