BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of James Miles Construction, Inc., in the amount of $238,155.75, for the Old Frankfort Pike Stone Fence Repair, for the Division of Environmental Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement with James Miles Construction, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $238,155.75, be and hereby is approved for payment to James Miles Construction, Inc., from account #4121-303102-90316, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and contingent upon the Urban County Council’s approval of a pending Budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
