BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Rabbit Run Homeowners Association, Palomar Hills Community Association, The Village of Rabbit Run Condo Association, Aylesford Place Neighborhood Association, Mentelle Neighborhood Association, Growing Together Preschool, Mary Todd Lincoln House, Captain Underwood Young Marines, LexArts on Behalf of Art Connects, Historic Woodward Heights Neighborhood Association, Bell Court Neighborhood Association, and East End Community Development Corporation, for the Office of the Urban County Council.

      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Rabbit Run Homeowners Association ($1,000.00), Palomar Hills Community Association ($600.00), The Village of Rabbit Run Condo Association ($500.00), Aylesford Place Neighborhood Association ($500.00), Mentelle Neighborhood Association ($1,000.00), Growing Together Preschool ($1,050.00), Mary Todd Lincoln House ($550.00), Captain Underwood Young Marines ($800.00), LexArts on Behalf of Art Connects ($1,000.00), Historic Woodward Heights Neighborhood Association ($500.00), Bell Court Neighborhood Association ($900.00), and East End Community Development Corporation ($500.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.

      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
