BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the bid of Comfort & Process Solutions, in the amount of $149,460.72, for the Tates Creek HVAC Replacement, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to enter into the attached Agreement with Comfort & Process Solutions, related to the bid.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $149,460.72, be and hereby is approved for payment to Comfort & Process Solutions from account #1105-707602-91013 ($55,000.00) and account #1101-313201-76101 ($94,460.72), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
