BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a First Amendment to Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc. (CAC), for the operation of expanded Intensive Street Outreach Services.
Section 2 - That an additional amount, not to exceed the sum of $49,162.55, of federal Grant funds under The American Rescue Act of 2021 be and hereby is allocated to CAC from account 3230-155003-78112 (Project: AR_OHPI_2022; Activity: FED_GRANT), pursuant to the terms of the First Amendment.
Section 3 - That an additional amount, not to exceed the sum of $400,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to CAC from account no. 1101-155003-78112 ($300,000.00), and account no. 1145-155003-78112 ($100,000.00) pending approval of the pending Budget amendment, pursuant to the terms of the First Amendment.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
