BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Tyler Scott, Administrative Officer Sr., Grade 120E, $2,320.72 biweekly in the Department of Finance, effective October 6, 2014.
Theresa Maynard, Administrative Officer, Grade 118E, $2,505.12 biweekly in the Department of Social Services, effective October 6, 2014.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
Alex Hicks, Public Service Supervisor, Grade 111N, $18.458 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective August 24, 2014.
Randall Wilson, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 107N, $12.325 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective August 24, 2014.
Demetria Mehlhorn, Program Manager Sr., Grade 120E, $2,608.00 biweekly in the Division of Environmental Policy, effective September 10, 2014.
Section 3 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:

Leslie Adams, ESP Supervisor, Grade 114E, $1,756.96 biweekly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective September 22, 2014.
Section 4 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
