BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the following entities: 16th District PTA, Inc. c/o Deep Springs Elementary School PTA; 16th District PTA, Inc. c/o Dixie Magnet Elementary School PTSA; Bryan Station High School Alumni Association; and Garden Springs Neighborhood Association, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to 16th District PTA, Inc. c/o Deep Springs Elementary School PTA ($826.25); 16th District PTA, Inc. c/o Dixie Magnet Elementary School PTSA ($826.25); Bryan Station High School Alumni Association ($1,000.00); and Garden Springs Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00), from account #1101-121002-71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for internal allocations to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Traffic Engineering ($525.00) and Division of Aging and Disability Services ($500.00), from account #1101-121002-71299, pending completion and approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
