BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Varsity Ford; Worldwide Equipment; Kron International, Inc. d/b/a Bluegrass International Tucks & Buses; Fleet Pride; General Parts Distribution, LLC d/b/a Carquest Auto Parts; Power Train of Kentucky; Vehicle Maintenance Program, Inc.; and KOI Auto Parts, establishing price contracts for vehicle filters, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
