BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the response of Immediate Response Spill Technologies, for a Hazardous Materials Cost Recovery and Supply Program, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the RFP and response, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement with Immediate Response Spill Technologies, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, related to the RFP and response at no cost to the Urban County Government.
      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
