Authorization to execute a Concession Agreement with the Cardinal Valley Park Activity Board, Inc. for the management and operation of the Cardinal Valley Neighborhood Park Center, located at 2077 Cambridge Drive, for a term of two (2) years, with automatic renewal for a two (2) year period. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Concession Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Cardinal Valley Park Activity Board, Inc., for the management and operation of the Cardinal Valley Neighborhood Park Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed $6,000.00 in FY2025, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years, be and hereby is approved for payment to Cardinal Valley Park Activity Board, Inc., from account # 1101 - 707606 - 75101, pursuant to the terms of the Concession Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
