BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the following entities: LEX Project Prom INC; Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Open Door House Ministries, Inc.; and Sisters Road to Freedom, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to LEX Project Prom INC ($1,100.00); Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($250.00); Open Door House Ministries, Inc. ($250.00); and Sisters Road to Freedom, Inc. ($400.00), from account #1101-121002-71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
