BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with West Company, Clear Services, a Division of Thomson Reuters, for background investigation database.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $4,944.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to West Company, Clear Services, a Division of Thomson Reuters, from account # 1001-505506-71299, pursuant to the terms of the contract.
Section 3 - That FY2015 and 2016 payments are subject to future appropriations by Council.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
