Summary

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN

COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 – That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, or the Chief Information Officer as the Mayor’s designee, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a renewal Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Benevate, Inc., for Neighborly Software, for the Department of Housing Advocacy and Community Development, and the Mayor, or the Chief Information Officer as the Mayor’s designee, be and hereby is further authorized to execute any other documents, including future renewals, necessary for the continued implementation, operation, support, or maintenance of same, subject to annual increases in an amount not to exceed ten percent (10%), and contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.

                     Section 2 – That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $64,750.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Benevate, Inc., from account #1101-202505-72205, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

Section 3 – That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
