This is a request to amend Section 21-5 of the Code of Ordinances, abolishing five (5) positions of Equipment Operator Sr. (Grade 109N) and creating one (1) position of Public Service Supervisor Sr. (Grade 114E), one (1) Administrative Specialist Principal (Grade 114E), one (1) Trades Worker Sr. (Grade 109N), and one (1) Maintenance Mechanic (Grade 113N) in the Division of Waste Management at a cost of $4,867. Funds are budgeted.

Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0005, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
