BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That MED-ENG, LLC be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of police bomb suits, for the Division of Police, and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with MED-ENG, LLC related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $134,624.00 in FY 2024, be and hereby is approved for payment to MED-ENG, LLC, from account # 3200-505505-96708 ($51,105.00), account # 1105-505501-96461 ($80,000.00) and account # 1101-505505-75602 ($3,519.00), with funding for future years contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
