BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with FoodChain, 16^th District PTA, Rosemill Neighbors Association, Inc., and The Lexington History Museum, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to FoodChain ($300.00), 16^th District PTA ($150.00), Rosemill Neighbors Association, Inc. ($1,000.00), and The Lexington History Museum, Inc. ($500.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
