BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Judy Construction Company, for the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant Primary Digester Complex Improvements Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $5,602.12, from $9,800,708.58 to $9,806,310.70, and extending the date of completion to July 31, 2020.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $5,602.12, be and hereby is approved for payment to Judy Construction Company, from account #4003 -  303401 - 92711, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
