                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:

Christine Thomas, Administrative Specialist Sr., Grade 516N, $20.457 hourly in the Division of Revenue, effective February 8, 2016.

William Burton, Director of Engineering, Grade 534E, $4,115.38 biweekly in the Division of Engineering, effective February 1, 2016.

Evan Fannin, Network Systems Administrator Sr., Grade 522N, $26.142 hourly in the Division of Computer Services, effective January 25, 2016.

Rachel Cole, Revenue Supervisor, Grade 520E, $2,059.93 biweekly in the Division of Revenue, effective January 25, 2016.

Benjamin LaCasse, Laboratory Technician Sr., Grade 516N, $19.050 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective January 25, 2016.

Micah Stallard, Engineering Technician, Grade 514N, $19.210 hourly in the Division of Traffic Engineering, effective January 25, 2016.

                     Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.

                     Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Community Corrections Officer Appointments:

Howard Hanshaw, Community Corrections Recruit, Grade 109N, $15.054 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective January 25, 2016.
