Summary
Authorization to abolish one (1) classified position of Resource Recovery Operator, (Grade 513N), and create one (1) classified position of Human Resource Analyst (Grade 520E) in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council. The purpose of this change is to establish personnel within the division to perform human resources functions including employee relations, training, and serve as a liaison with the Division of Human Resources. There is an impact of $4,472 for FY15 (4 pay periods). The total annual impact is $29,067. (L0432-15)(Maxwell/Holmes)

Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
350.039 1 173 520E Human Resources Analyst
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0057, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
