BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Statement of Work Agreement (pursuant to Commonwealth of Kentucky Master Agreement 758 1300000512 1), both of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with SDGblue, LLC, for Phase 1 of the implementation of the new Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Occupational Tax System.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $131,250.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to SDGblue, LLC, from account #2604-202601-96202 ($111,250.00) and account #1101-210201-71208 ($20,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
