BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Renewal Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Everbridge, Inc., for the Emergency Management Alert and Notification System.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $90,693.38, be and hereby is approved for payment to Everbridge, Inc., from account # 3200-505201-76102 ($40,000.00), from account # 3200-505204-76102 (15,750.00), from account # 1101-505204-76102 ($19,193.38), and from account # 4204-505602-76101 ($15,750.00), pursuant to the terms of the Renewal Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
