BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept an additional award of $22,308.12 of federal funds (ARPA) from the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Community Based Services, to support childcare expenses for the Extended School Program in the Division of Parks and Recreation, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Section 7-48 of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Code of Ordinances, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in her discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account ap-propriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant budget established for this Grant.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
