BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the bid of ECS Environmental Solutions, in the amount of $49,000.00, for Scrubber Services and Carbon Replacement, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with ECS Environmental Solutions, related to the bid.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $49,000.00, be and hereby
is approved for payment to ECS Environmental Solutions, from account #4003-303408-92811 (Project: EHWWS_2016 CONSENT_DE), pursuant to the terms of the bid and
Agreement.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
