BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Mitchell Construction Management, Inc., in the amount of $224,900.00, for Kitchen floor Replacement at Community Corrections, for the Division of Community Corrections, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $224,900.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mitchell Construction Management, Inc., from account #1105-505402-91017, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
