BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

Section 1 - That subSection line numbers 030.010, 030.040 and 350.039 in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby are deleted.

Section 2 - That the following subSection line numbers in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby are amended to read as follows:

Section 3 - That the following subSection line number in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:

Section 4 - That subSection line number 030.024 in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.

Section 5 - That the following subSection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:

 Section 6 - That the incumbents, Rania Belmadani, Aldo Gomez, Gaston Ngandu Sankayi and Trina Brown, be and hereby are transferred from the Office of the Mayor to the Department of Social Services, at the current job class, pay grade and title.

Section 7 - That the incumbent Cassandra Bunton, be and hereby is transferred from the Division of Waste Management to the Division of Human Resources, at the current job class, pay grade and title.

                     Section 8 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on July 1, 2025.
