BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
One (1), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Grant Agreement with Bluegrass Contracting Corporation, for construction of Davis Park, increasing the total Grant award price by $421,325.00 and raising the total Grant to $1,141,801.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the additional sum of $421,325.00, is hereby authorized for payment to Bluegrass Contracting Corporation, from account # 3160-707602-7221-91015, pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. 1.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
