BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a subrecipient Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) in order to allocate up to $750,000.00 in Federal funds awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act to the LHA for Rd. construction and related infrastructure needed to facilitate construction of a child development center and affordable housing along Shropshire Ave., and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other necessary documents with the LHA related to use of these funds.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
