BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Contract Modification No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Memorandum of Agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), for turf mowing and vegetation management services on state-owned right of way, increasing the rate of compensation to the Urban County Government from $35.00 per acre to $36.00 per acre for areas along Citation Boulevard and from $58.00 per acre to $66.68 per acre for all other areas.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
