BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Pinnacle Homeowners Association, Inc.; Friends of the Parks in Fayette County, Inc.; Firebrook Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; The Plantation Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Stonewall Equestrian Estates Association, Inc.; Community Ventures Corporation; Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc.; and Share-Kentucky, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby
are approved for payment to Pinnacle Homeowners Association, Inc. ($500.00); Friends of the Parks in Fayette County, Inc. ($750.00); Firebrook Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. ($1,000.00); The Plantation Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00); Stonewall Equestrian Estates Association, Inc. ($500.00); Community Ventures Corporation ($400.00); Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($200.00); and Share-Kentucky, Inc. ($500.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
