BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, the final form of which is subject to the approval of the Department of Law and the Division of Grants and Special Programs, with Meadowsweet Apartments, LLC, awarding $840,000.00 of Federal funds under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program for a low-income housing project, pending approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 2 -- That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is further authored to execute any other Agreements or amendments related to these funds.
Section 3 -That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
