Summary
Authorization to execute a sole source purchase agreement between the LFUCG
and Hanover Architectural Products. The equipment purchased will be pedestal
support systems at the Corrections Building at the front plaza which is being

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Community Corrections be and hereby is authorized to procure the replacement of a pedestal support system from Hanover Architectural Products, a sole source provider, and authorizing the Mayor, if necessary and on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to sign any documents with Hanover Architectural Products related to the above procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $30,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hanover Architectural Products, from account #1101-505401-76101, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
