BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Computer Services and the Division of Enterprise Solutions and all incumbents in all authorized and all vacant positions in each of the respective divisions be and hereby are transferred from the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer to the Office of the Chief Information Officer at their current job classifications, pay grade and salary.
      Section 2 - That subsection line number 050.011 of Section 22-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
      Section 3 - That the following subsection line number of Section 22-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is created to read as follows:
      080.010      1      016      212E            Chief Information Officer
Section 04 - That the following employee be and hereby is transferred as follows:
A. That Aldona Valicenti be and hereby is transferred at her current pay grade, job classification and salary from the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer to the Office of the Chief Information Officer
