BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Purchase of Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, (awarded pursuant to RFP 50-2022) with New Life Day Center, Inc. to perform litter pickup with panhandler participation, for the Division of Environmental Services, at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to New Life Day Center, Inc. from account # 4051-313201-3091-76101, pursuant to the terms of the Purchase of Services Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
