BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to finalize acceptance of $11,868,095.00 in Federal funds under the Cleaner Water Grant, for the replacement of chemical disinfection equipment at the Town Branch and West Hickman Wastewater Treatment Plants.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
