BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement of Sale, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and any other necessary documents, for the purchase of properties located at 206, 208, 214, and 218 East Third Street and 213-215 East Noble Street.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $929,500.00, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, is hereby authorized for payment to the owners of 206, 208, 214, and 218 East Third Street and 213-215 East Noble Street from account #1101-505704-90111, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement of Sale.
Section 3 -- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
