BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Kentucky 911 Services Board (f/k/a Kentucky Commercial Radio Service (CMRS) Board), which Grant funds are in the amount of $29,921 Commonwealth of Kentucky funds, are for the acquisition of hardware, software, and licenses for the Automatic Location Information and Database Management Servers (a/k/a ALI-DBMS) for the Division of Enhanced 911, the acceptance of which obligates the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of $5,000 as a local match.
Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in his discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account ap-propriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant Budget previously established for this Grant.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
