BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Dr. Patricia K. Howard, retaining her to act as the Emergency Services Training Coordinator for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services and to provide related services for one (1) year, with the option of renewing annually up to five (5) times.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $11,750.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Dr. Patricia K. Howard, from account #1101-505702-71299, with an additional amount not to exceed the sum of $11,750.00, be and hereby approved for payment to Dr. Patricia K. Howard, from account #1101-505702-71299 in the event that Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government conducts a Paramedic Training Program, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
