BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Gaumard Scientific Company, in the amount of $31,601.58, for Tetherless Patient Simulator, for the Division of Emergency Management/911, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $31,601.58, be and hereby is approved for payment to Gaumard Scientific Company, from account #3200-50525-75801 ($8,305.00) and account #3200-505205-96468 ($23,297.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
